Kravice Waterfalls

Pec Mlini - source of the river Tihaljina

Splendid Herzegovina rivers offer a true jewel – Peć Mlini. Once a home to flour mills, this beautiful site has been transformed into a promenade and a wooden bridge next to a reconstructed and protected natural cave.

Humac Museum

The oldest museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina is situated at a Francisan monastery in Humac, Ljubuski. It was founded by a conservator and archaeologist Andjeo Nuic (1850.-1916.). The museum keeps some very valuable archeological artefacts, some of which date back to the Paleolithic period. It also keeps Humacka ploca (Humac tablet), from the 12th century, the oldest literacy monument in Croatian language, written using the old Croatian cyrilic and glagolitic script.

The Old Bridge, Mostar

The Old Bridge over the Neretva River is the most emblematic monument of the city of Mostar. Distinguished by its architecture and elegance, the original bridge was built between 1557 and 1566, during the reign of the Ottoman Empire. It was destroyed during the war in 1993 and reconstructed in 2004. Ever since its reconstruction this truly unique site has been on Unesco’s World Heritage List.

Hutovo Blato

Hutovo Blato is a nature park founded in 1995. It is situated in the municipalities of Capljina and Stolac. This unique natural jewel has been declared an ornitho-fauna reserve of Europe. The International Council for Bird Protection (ICBP) added Hutovo blato in 1998 to the list of internationally important bird habitats. Then, in 2001, it was inscribed onto the list of the Wetlands of International Importance by the Ramsar Convention methodology and registered at the UNESCO Directorate in Paris.
At Hutovo Blato you can enjoy activities such as photo-safari and educational paths.
